Duskfade's official artbook is coming in physical and digital editions. Here's the fan art deadline, the file rules, and what selected artists get.
The short answer
Duskfade is getting an official artbook. It comes in a physical edition and a digital edition, and the studio plans to release it later in 2026.
There is also a fan art competition running right now. If your piece is picked, it gets printed in the physical artbook with your name next to it, and you get a Steam key as a thank-you.
The deadline is 29 September 2026. Submit a PNG with a transparent background, at the highest resolution you can manage.
What the artbook is
The developer, Weird Beluga, calls it “the Duskfade Artbook.” Two versions are in the works: a printed edition and a digital edition.
That is everything the studio has said. Page count, binding, price, language editions and whether it will be limited have not been announced. Do not trust guesses on any of it.
When it releases
The only window the studio has given is “before the end of the year,” which means later in 2026. There is no exact date and no pre-order yet.
The official studio and publisher channels are the fastest way to hear about a date. Retailer placeholder pages are not confirmation.
How to enter the fan art competition
- Open the submission form linked from the official announcement.
- Draw something Duskfade-related. The studio’s own examples are your favourite character, or a moment from the game you keep thinking about.
- The Weird Beluga team picks the entries. The studio says it wants to feature as many as it can.
- Selected artists get two things: their art printed in the physical artbook alongside their name, and a Steam key.

The artbook is not a physical game
The artbook is merchandise. It is not a PS5 or Xbox disc, and it is not a Switch 2 game card.
So if what you want is a boxed copy you can put into your console, that still has not been announced. Read the current physical edition status for what is and is not confirmed.
